Located on the second floor (not provided by elevator) of a residential condominium in the historic center, just 500 meters from the main street of the city, Corso Roma, where there are all kinds of places: bars, restaurants, pizzerias and various types of shops. Just 5 minutes away are the most renowned beaches of Baia Verde, with the clubs of the Salento nightlife.

The very bright apartment is surrounded by a balcony and terrace with sea view. It consists of a very large air-conditioned living room, a full kitchen with a kitchenette. Sleeping area consisting of an air-conditioned double bedroom, a mezzanine double bedroom and a bathroom with a full shower box.

Washing machine, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi are available to guests.

Possibility of secure paid parking in the nearby port area.

Outside, a well-kept and elegant penthouse characterized by a wonderful and large terrace equipped with table, chairs, electric grill, a kitchenette and outdoor shower, to relax to the fullest while enjoying a wonderful view of the entire city and the wonderful sea for unique views.

This position has an enviable view since the sea view admires wonderful sunrises and spectacular sunsets and is particularly suitable for tourists who want to enjoy the beautiful Gallipolino sea, perhaps while sipping one of our very fresh cocktails.

The penthouse is in a privileged position because it is in the historic center, very close to Corso Roma (the main street of the city) and the beach (the first beach characterized by a smooth cliff and easy access can be reached on foot, about 100 meters away, while traveling for 1 km you reach the most famous sandy coast of Gallipoli, which includes the beaches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo.

N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:

- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
